The Industrial Property Office publishes a bi-monthly specialized journal called Industrial Property. Besides the information in regular sections like European Law, Judicature and Current News, the articles deal with the results of the European study of public programs supporting industrial property in small and medium enterprises, the European patent issues in connection with the London Agreement on the application of Article 65 of the Convention on the Grant of European Patents, trademark application procedures before the US Patent and Trademark Office, trade name as a subject of intellectual property in comparative law, problems of patent offices with the increase of pending applications, the need for a definition of the term industrial property, utility models in Austria, development in the field of harmonization of substantive patent law, use of an indication typical of a certain supplier in contract documentation and an amendment to the Chinese Patent Act.
