The database contains alll administrative decisions of the President of the Office since 1999, sentences of courts following the decisions of the Office and decisions of the European Court of Justice and Court of First Instance concerning intellectual property rights. Decisions of the Czech bodies have been anonymized according to the act on the Protection of Personal Data.
Wordings of the decisions of the European Court of Justice and Court of First Instance have been assumed from the web site of the European Commission
