STATE OF THE ART AND NOVELTY SEARCHES AND SEARCHES FOR APPEARANCE OF THE PRODUCT / DESIGN

State of the art and novelty searches and also searches for appearance of the product / design can be carried out by traditional way in central patent collection stored on paper and results can be completed in on-line or CD-ROM databases. Search for appearance of the product is carried out in the database of national documents (bibliographic data), optionally in the database of archive industrial design documents (national) which comprise representation thereof. The searches are carried out according to documents numbers or symbols of the classification for industrial designs.

Price of a search is charged according to the actual, Compensation of costs tariff (pdf 138 kB), it is based on the price for 1 hour of searcher work and optionally it is completed with the costs connected with the use of foreign databases or databases stored on CD/DVD.

MONITORING OF SELECTED TECHNOLOGY FIELDS AND PERMANENT SENDING OF PATENT DOCUMENTS

If the user is interested in continuous monitoring of the state of the art in certain technology field, the Office can him provide regular sending of newly published documents or their parts, which are available on CD or DVD. This service is provided in terms of written order, in which the claimer specifies IPC symbol, territorial and time range and request for output. The output can contain front page, claims, drawings, combination of these data or complete description of an invention.

Profile implementation (i.e. debuged continuous search query) is charged as single-payment, monthly lump for its maintainance and costs associated with printing + postage are charged according to actual Price list of servisces (pdf 138 kB).
