The Industrial Property Office provides its educational, promotional and publishing activities particularly by means of the Industrial Property Training Institute. The Institute offers a two-year lasting distance study for all persons interested in the field of industrial property and organizes short-term educational forms for professionals (courses and workshops).

The Industrial Property Training Institute in conjunction with the Chamber of Patent Attorneys organizationally ensures examinations of aspirants to the patent attorneys.
