Industrial Property Office is a central body of state administration of the Czech Republic. The Office performs a function of a patent and trademark office. As a body of state administration, the Office is a director and coordinator for international treaties on protection of industrial property rights under which is the Czech Republic. The support of development and protection of industrial property rights arises under the Office too. The Office also acts as a specialized information center.
